END OF MONTH ‘PREDICT THE CLOSE’ CHALLENGE

Think you’ve got what it takes to predict the end of month close? Put your skills to the test and compete against other traders for the grand prize. You’ll be given $100 in simulated buying power to purchase Event Contracts for the futures market of your choice and make a prediction on the daily close. The top three traders with the highest account value at market settlement will secure prizes and earn major bragging rights.
CHALLENGE OVERVIEW
- Challenge opens for participation on Friday 9/29 at 1:00 PM CT and ends on Friday 9/29 at 3PM CT. Winners will be determined by 5PM ET once futures markets have final settlements.
- Each trader will be given simulated buying power of $100 to place their trades (using event contracts) to predict the close of the Futures market(s) of their choosing. Traders may not exit out of positions once entered.
- Each trade prediction that is correct will be worth $20 in the total account value, and each trade that is incorrect will be worth 0. The goal of each trader is to have the total account value by the end of the competition by predicting the market close correctly.
- The top three traders on the leaderboard with the highest account value at settlement will earn Visa gift cards based on their ranking. Winners must meet the Eligibility Requirements in order to receive a prize.
- 1st Place: $500 giftcard
- 2nd Place: $300 giftcard
- 3rd Place: $200 giftcard
